This policy explains what information ZeroDay collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. ZeroDay is operated by CPL TX Inc. (“ZeroDay,” “we,” “us”).
What we collect
- Account information: your name and email address, and your login method.
- Financial details you enter: debt names, balances, interest rates, minimum payments, due dates, the last four digits of an account if you add them, budget items, goals, and payments you log.
- Statements you upload: we process the file to extract the numbers above and show them to you for review. We do not keep the file after it is read.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic usage data: such as device and browser type, and log data needed to keep the service secure and working.
We never ask for your bank username or password.
How we use it
To run ZeroDay: calculate your payoff plan, show your reports, send account emails, process payments, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your financial details for advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to operate ZeroDay, including hosting and database services, an AI provider that reads uploaded statements, a payment processor, and an email provider. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete debts, payments, budget items, and goals at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing support@gozeroday.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to your records is restricted to your account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to know how it is used. Email us to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
ZeroDay is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will update this page and notify you by email or in the app.
